Our staff and our facilities allow us to deal with a variety of medical conditions your pet may experience. We hope we do not have to see you or your pet for an emergency, but if we do, we are equipped to handle any situation. In some cases, your pet may require hospitalization and further diagnostic tests. Our website describes the medical services we offer in more detail.

Digital Sonography (also called ultrasound) is a non-invasive, pain-free procedure that uses sound waves to examine a pet’s internal organs and other structures inside the body. It can be used to evaluate the animal’s heart, kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and bladder; to detect fluid, cysts, tumors, or abscesses; and to confirm pregnancy or monitor an ongoing pregnancy.

We may use this imaging technique in conjunction with digital radiography (x-rays) and other diagnostic methods to ensure a proper diagnosis. Interpretation of Digital Radiography images requires great skill on the part of the clinician. We always try to get board-certified radiologist’s opinions on all x-rays. Studies can be sent to a radiologist if there is emergency on stat basis, or routine basis as well if needed.

We provide many surgical services at our clinic including routine spay and neuters, soft-tissue surgeries and referrals to orthopedic surgeries. Occasionally, we refer our patients to specialists (board certified veterinary surgeons) to perform complex surgeries.
We offer a wide variety of specialty and therapeutic diets for all life stages and disease conditions. We also provide special supplements for general wellness and for acute and chronic disease conditions.

Is your pet overweight but you would still like to give him or her a treat without feeling guilty? We have special calorie-reduced treats that you can give to your pet without worry. We also carry treats that help prevent gum disease.

Veterinary consultation is required for our prescription diet foods and our supplements. Call us to schedule an appointment to discuss your pet’s nutritional needs.
